01Is this for you?

Who it’s built for.

  • Your dog is stressed when left alone (barking, pacing, mild destruction)
  • Noises, new places or strangers make your dog worried
  • Vet and grooming visits are a struggle
  • You want a gradual plan, not quick fixes

Start in person instead if…

  • Self-injury, escape attempts or panic when left — talk to your vet and book an in-person evaluation
  • Any bite history — start with an in-person behavior evaluation

Questions

The Calm & Confident Dog Plan: FAQ

Should my dog see a vet first?

If the anxiety started suddenly, is severe, or your dog seems uncomfortable, yes. Pain and illness can drive fear and stress, and some dogs benefit from veterinary support alongside training.

Is this a separation anxiety program?

It covers alone-time foundations for mild to moderate cases. Severe separation-related distress needs an in-person evaluation and often your vet’s involvement.

Is an online program a replacement for in-person training?

No — it’s a different starting point. Many owners make real progress with a clear system and feedback. If your dog has bitten, or you’re not seeing progress, in-person training is the next step, and Coach-Assisted pricing is credited toward it.

What if my dog has bitten someone?

Start in person. The Training Match will recommend an in-person evaluation first, and online material can support the plan that comes out of it.

How do video reviews work?

On the Guided and Coach-Assisted tiers you film short clips of practice sessions and upload them. Your trainer sends back recorded feedback on what to keep, change and try next.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — move from DIY to Guided or Coach-Assisted by paying the difference.

Do you guarantee results?

No. A dog’s history, genetics, environment and your follow-through all play a role, and guaranteeing results would be unethical. What you get is a clear plan and honest feedback.

What’s the refund policy?

The refund policy is shown before checkout.
