01Is this for you?

Who it’s built for.

  • Walks mean being pulled down the block
  • Your dog is great at home and selectively deaf outside
  • Door rushing, jumping on guests or an optional recall
  • Your dog is 6 months or older

Start in person instead if…

  • Lunging or barking at dogs or people — see the Reactive Dog Roadmap
  • Any bite history — start with an in-person evaluation

Questions

The Everyday Reliability System: FAQ

Will this get my dog off-leash?

It builds the foundations — attention, recall, impulse control. Off-leash reliability then needs real-world proofing where off-leash is legal, which is where in-person off-leash training comes in.

Will my dog need treats forever?

No. Once a dog has mastered a behavior thoroughly, food is no longer necessary.

Is an online program a replacement for in-person training?

No — it’s a different starting point. Many owners make real progress with a clear system and feedback. If your dog has bitten, or you’re not seeing progress, in-person training is the next step, and Coach-Assisted pricing is credited toward it.

What if my dog has bitten someone?

Start in person. The Training Match will recommend an in-person evaluation first, and online material can support the plan that comes out of it.

How do video reviews work?

On the Guided and Coach-Assisted tiers you film short clips of practice sessions and upload them. Your trainer sends back recorded feedback on what to keep, change and try next.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — move from DIY to Guided or Coach-Assisted by paying the difference.

Do you guarantee results?

No. A dog’s history, genetics, environment and your follow-through all play a role, and guaranteeing results would be unethical. What you get is a clear plan and honest feedback.

What’s the refund policy?

The refund policy is shown before checkout.
